Hi there beauties
Today’s post is on how to stay organized. I am the type of person who likes structure and order. This was a coping mechanism for me when processing my own traumas. Most traumas are ones you cant control, so by organizing things in your life you regain control. This can unknowingly be step towards your personal growth.
Monthly calendars
You need to compile a monthly calendar with all the due dates of things you need to hand in or want to get done by a certain date. This is a nifty tip for work or even studies when you are organizing. You can also use this for your goals. Writing things down can be a positive way to confirm it to yourself and encourage you to reach your goals.
Daily checklists
List the tasks you need to do for that specific day and scratch them off the list once completed. This will help with anxiety as well. You won’t feel as overwhelmed because you know what the day has instore. Remember there will be days that you don’t get to everything but prioritize. Do what is most important first and then less important thereafter.
These are small tips I wished someone told me when I was trying to get over my traumas. You do it at first and it just seems like extra work but then it becomes and habit. After being a habit, you can sit back and see how far you’ve come and be proud of what you achieved.
Stay happy and healthy

Unfortunately staying organized has never been one of my strong points, i hope to adopt these habits
